Application Fee: $75.00 Charged per applicant over age of 18
Administrative Fee : $150.00 One time fee to save unit and lock in rent. Refundable if application is denied
Pest Control Fee: $5.00 Monthly
Valet Trash Fee: $25.00 Monthly
Monthly Water and Sewer: $50.00 - $70.00 Flat rate
Deposit Insurance: $15.00 - $30.00 Monthly fee based on credit in lieu of upfront deposit
Pet Fee: $300.00 One time fee at move in per pet
Pet Rent: $20.00 Monthly fee per pet
Insurance Compliance: $35.00 Charged if insurance policy is out of compliance
Late Fee: $125.00 Charged after the 3rd

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
