Administrative Fee : $150.00 One time fee to save unit and lock in rent. Refundable if application is denied

Valet Trash Fee: $25.00 Monthly
Monthly Water and Sewer: $50.00 - $70.00 Flat rate
Deposit Insurance: $15.00 - $30.00 Monthly fee based on credit in lieu of upfront deposit
Pet Fee: $300.00 One time fee at move in per pet
